#LESS WORDS: IT IS THE CITY OF....ROOFS

Hello folk! Today we have completely easy peasy post, so it is time for our forgotten column called "LESS WORDS" :)

The weather in Saint-Petersburg is awesome! Wanna wander through the streets, take photos, enjoy spring sun. You guys probably noticed that I am a real amateur of roofing and Saint-Petersburg is one of the best places for this activity:)

Once again I chose roof of the famous loft-project ETAGI as my viewing platform (if you wanna read more about current roof please click on the arrow ). To my mind, it is cooler to hang out there when it is shining. People are going to sunbathe, to admire the magnificent panorama of the city or to read. I decided that next time I will take a book with me :) Wanna mix pleasure with ... pleasure :)))

#PUSHKIN IS A TOWN...(BACK TO FEBRUARY)

Hello world! I am feeling a bit awkward to share with u guys photos that I took in February however it is better late than never :)) 

One sunny winter day I decided to visit amazing town called Pushkin which is situated not that far away from Saint-Petersburg. The most memorable last name of the town is Tsarskoye Selo. In the past Tsarskoye Selo was tsar summer residence. From the period of 1843-1917 there was the Imperial Lyceum. A.S.Pushkin, our famous Russian author, was studying in exactly that Lyceum. 

Right now there is museum-reserve called "Tsarskoye Selo" in Pushkin.

#HEART OF SAINT-PETERSBURG

Hello folks :) Everyone usually calls The State Hermitage Museum as a heart of Saint-Petersburg. I am totally agree with current thought. However, Hermitage is not just pride of Saint-Petersburg it is pearl of the whole Russia. There are stunning canvases of European artists such as Rembrandt, Rubens, El Greco, Cezanne, Matisse, Picasso, Kandinsky, Malevich etc… Furthermore, museum is rich in its jewelry and archaeological collections. It is quite funny but its impossible to explore the State Hermitage Museum in one day. If you do not have time limit I advise you guys to divide your visit for a few days.Today I am gonna share with you photoset from my last cultural museum attendance and show you photos that I managed to take on my way to the Hermitage.

#BIG CITY LIFE

Hey-hey ! Perhaps you have already noticed that I am that kind of person who loves to plan walking. Before going out of my apartment I carefully check various websites that advertise city's events such as new art exhibitions or simply opening of new cafes. However this time the best epithet we can assign to the word "walk" is "random". I just decided to wander through the streets without specific purpose.

Saint-Petersburg is an extraordinary city and I am very pleased to realize that I was born here (I am sure that everyone has such warm feelings toward hometown ). As I always  say even if you do not have specialized plan concerning your walking outside you will still find something that attracts your attention. On the streets of Saint-Petersburg there is always special creative atmosphere that is why the great artists from different countries  came, come and will come here. It is merely impossible not to feel elation and not to find flash of inspiration.

#GRAFFITI IN THE YARD

Hey-hey guys! 

Let me introduce you to the new art place which was actually coach-station in the 19th century. Today "Третий кластер" is creative space which is famous for its painted yard. "Третий кластер" takes up 3 floors with interesting stores and attic room. If you are in Saint-Petersburg, come here and I guess u will love it!

#COLD FROST AND SUNSHINE: DAY OF WONDER

Good evening, guys! When real winter comes in Saint-Petersburg it means that people should take advantage of it. Moreover, if it is shining it is definitely not the right time to stay at home. So that is why my parents and I decided to go out of the city feeling in advance that we would meet something magical. Finnish gulf has pleased us this year "giving" A-M-A-Z-I-N-G scenery with ice blocks.
